At this point, we’re convinced there’s more than one Dan walking around the hospital… because somehow our DFM Dan is ALWAYS twinning with someone! 😂

Whether it’s matching, same colors, accidental coordination, or full-on “did you plan this?” moments — Dan somehow finds his twin every single day. Honestly, we’re starting to think it’s part of the job description. 👀

We had such an amazing time at our Night Shift BBQ! 🍔🌭 From great food to great laughs, it was the perfect way to celebrate the incredible team that keeps our hospital going through the night.

🔥🍔 Dual Campus BBQ — The First of Its Kind! 🍔🔥

What an absolutely grill-iant day! 😎 We had such an amazing time kicking off our very first Dual Campus Payday BBQ, and it was definitely one for the books!

Nothing brings people together quite like great food, great company, and a little BBQ sauce. 🌭🍗 From laughter to full plates, the day was smokin’ from start to finish!

A HUGE shoutout to our incredible kitchen team for serving up all the delicious sides and helping make this event so special. 👏 And thank you to all of our amazing staff who make these moments so much fun — you’re the secret sauce to our success! 💙

Today was everything bagel dreams are made of! 😍 From cream cheese to crunch time, our team really rose to the occasion and made Bagel Day absolutely awesome!

According to the American Stroke Association (ASA), about one in four stroke survivors suffers a second one. But it doesn’t have to be that way; preventing a second stroke starts with you.

Treatment options to prevent future strokes can be tailored to individual situations. Work with your doctor to create a plan that reduces your risks and addresses your specific goals, concerns, and circumstances.

The ASA provides the following tips to help prevent a second stroke:

• Work with your doctor to identify the cause of your stroke or previously unknown risk factors. Jointly create a formal program to live a healthier lifestyle that includes exercise, education, and counseling.
• Attend all your follow-up appointments.
• Take recommended medications.
• Manage your risk factors.
• Connect with a support group.
