There’s something about Lemon Verbena that feels like a little bit of sunshine captured in a plant. 🍋🌿

I love working with this beautiful herb because it brings such a bright, uplifting energy.

Traditionally, Lemon Verbena has been used to support digestion, ease occasional bloating, and help the body unwind. It’s also known for its calming qualities, making it a lovely addition to an evening tea ritual.

But to me, Lemon Verbena is more than just a beautiful herb. It carries the energy of clearing, joy, and fresh beginnings. ✨

I love to think of it as a little witchy sunshine… the kind of plant you reach for when you need to lift your spirits, clear away the heaviness, and invite a little more light into your day.

There comes a point on your journey when you realize that protecting your energy isn’t about closing your heart, it’s about honoring what is sacred within you. ✨

Your time, your presence, your love, your wisdom, and your energy are precious.

You do not have to give everyone access to you.

Be intentional about the spaces you enter, the people you surround yourself with, and where you pour your energy. Pay attention to what leaves you feeling nourished and what continually leaves you feeling depleted.

Keep your heart open, but let discernment walk beside it.

Some people are meant to journey closely with you. Others may only cross your path for a season, a lesson, or a moment. You can wish someone well without carrying them with you.
