Remember when buying “organic” meant supporting family farms?

Now one of the biggest organic brands has walked away from 89 family dairy farms across New England, leaving many families scrambling after decades of supplying the milk that built the brand.

Corporate consolidation doesn’t just change labels—it changes livelihoods.

This is exactly why more Americans are asking where their food comes from, who owns it, and whether “organic” still means what we think it means.

Make America Healthy Again starts with rebuilding local agriculture not making billion-dollar corporations even bigger.

Support your local dairy. Support your local farmer. 🥛🇺🇸

Raw Milk Used As Fertilizer

When Bob Bernt couldn’t sell his milk, he put it to work fertilizing fields and gardens. After 15 years, it’s his only fertilizer, even though he has since built other markets for the milk from his 40-head Jersey herd.

A University of Nebraska Extension agent told Bernt about some research done with milk as fertilizer. He suggested putting the milk on Bernt’s organic crops. Until that point, Bernt had relied on fish emulsion as his organic fertilizer.

Join us this year for the 2026 Kitsap Junior Livestock Auction. We have an excited group of youth ready to share their passion, hard work, and tasty product with you! If you have a freezer, a passion for supporting your community, or respect for extremely hardworking youth, you need to check out this awesome event!

It is held annually during the Kitsap Fair and Stampede in the auction/swine ring. Animals are presented by species, starting with beef and ending with swine. Your support and contributions make it possible for kids to learn even more by purchasing next year's projects, saving for college, and giving them a jumpstart on their future.

Kids in the auction organization start an animal just after weaning, have to feed them at a very specific growth rate, provide their care and proper health needs, train them for exhibition, and then market their animal in the community in the hopes of finding a few buyers for an exciting auction lot!

Investigations have found that forestry is now one of the fastest growing uses of glyphosate in America. Despite billions of dollars in settlements Bayer is having to pay as a result of this very chemical causing people cancer, it is being sprayed over tens of thousands of acres where people hike, camp, hunt, or live near.

This is unacceptable. While Bayer fights to avoid accountability in court, people just trying to get fresh air this summer will be left unknowingly exposed to glyphosate.
