💕 When was the last time you had a breast exam?

Amy Harrup, nurse practitioner with WVU Medicine Bluefield Family Medicine, will be offering FREE clinical breast exams at the Healthy Living Showcase on Saturday, November 7!

A clinical breast exam is an opportunity to check in on your breast health, ask questions, and discuss any concerns with a health provider.

Consider stopping by if you:

💕 Aren't yet at the recommended age for routine mammograms.
💕 Are between annual appointments and would like a breast health check.
💕 Have questions about a lump, thickening, or other breast change.
💕 Haven't had a breast exam in a while or don't have a regular healthcare provider.

Amy can help you better understand your breast health and whether additional screening or evaluation may be recommended.

Early detection matters! A clinical breast exam doesn't replace a mammogram, but it can be a helpful opportunity to discuss your breast health and screening needs.

PCH welcomes Tobey Smith, PA-C, MSPA, an experienced physician assistant with more than 15 years of clinical experience in urology, internal medicine and primary care. He brings extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, with a particular focus on urologic care.

In the PCH Urology clinic, Smith will provide care for patients with a variety of urologic conditions including enlarged prostate (BPH), urinary incontinence, kidney stones, low testosterone and prostate health concerns.

His clinical experience also includes the management of prostate, bladder and testicular cancers, as well as specialized urologic procedures.

Thank you to the Ruby Jane Louthan Women’s Mission Group from First Baptist Church in Bluefield who has made a meaningful gift to our patients and Princeton Community Hospital Volunteers by donating a new book cart and a collection of books for use throughout the hospital.

As part of the group’s quarterly mission project, members purchased the cart and filled it with books that our volunteers can share with patients during their visits. This thoughtful donation helps bring comfort, entertainment, and companionship to those receiving care. 📚❤️
