Our Transitional Care Program helps patients recover, regain strength, and move forward with confidence.

Meet Buddy Stalion, one of our recent Transitional Care patients. Buddy shared that his experience at Caldwell Medical has been a “10+” and that our team has “gone above and beyond” in providing his care. 🌟

Mr. Stalion shared that the best part of his stay has been the teamwork and collaboration of our Therapy Department, along with the kindness, respect, and communication he received from our entire team.

Last night, members of the Caldwell Medical team had the privilege of attending the 22nd Annual Community Disciples, Inc. Banquet and Awards Dinner.

It was a wonderful evening celebrating our community, recognizing outstanding individuals and organizations, and watching students receive scholarships to support their future goals.
