🌟 A Rehabilitation Success Story: Soriba’s Journey Home 🏡
Some journeys home take time, patience, and incredible determination.
When Soriba began his rehabilitation journey, he was facing significant challenges with mobility, strength, balance, daily activities, and cognitive skills. He required assistance with many everyday tasks and had a long road ahead of him.
With the support of his therapy team, family, and care partners, Soriba continued working toward his goals—one step at a time. Through hard work and perseverance, he made remarkable gains in his mobility and independence. He progressed to safely moving around with a rolling walker, navigating stairs, and independently managing many of his daily activities.
But perhaps the biggest milestone of all was going home. ❤️
Today, Soriba remains in the community and is doing well at home with his family and support system in place.
His family shared:
“It has taken a long time for him to come home, but he made it. He is doing well at home.”
👏 We are incredibly proud of Soriba and all that he accomplished. His story is a beautiful reminder that progress may take time, but with determination, support, and a dedicated team, meaningful goals can become reality.
