Kenton already had the one thing most people are still searching for.. Intensity in the gym. 💪🏼

He showed up. He pushed. He didn’t need to be motivated.

What we built around that was the structure to match it. A detailed nutrition plan, a training program designed around his goals, and a real focus on ex*****on. Owning every rep, not just surviving it.

Tom, thanks for obliterating my lats and upper back in half an hour. More than I could achieve on my own in two hours in the gym. Best “lunch break” ever.

And, what a cherry on top to have a whole class full of eager-to-learn meatheads all at different phases in their career.

Meet Kaity. 🙌

We spent the majority of last year and part of this year in a building phase. Fueling her body, adding strength, pushing her capacity. Eating as much clean, whole food as we could while staying lean. She hit 155 lbs at the top of that phase and she EARNED every pound of it.

Then we flipped the switch.

10 weeks later, she’s sitting at 144 lbs and heading to the beach feeling incredible!☀️

The secret? She never felt like she was dieting. Food stayed high. Training stayed intense, 3 days a week, nothing wasted.

She stayed consistent when it wasn’t exciting.
That’s the job. And she nailed it. 🏖️
