Our residents put their detective skills to the test with a fun candy corn scavenger hunt! 🌽🍬 They searched high and low throughout the facility for hidden candy corns, with prizes waiting for those who found them. There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and sweet surprises along the way! 👀🎃

Travel Tuesday took us all the way to Massachusetts this week! 🗺️🍩 Our residents enjoyed learning about the state's rich history and culture while indulging in some delicious Boston Cream Donuts. We even added a little Halloween fun with a bonus discussion about the spooky sightings, haunted history, and eerie legends of Salem! 👻🕯️ There's always something new to discover on our adventures! ❤️

We love seeing some new faces join us for our Monday Massages with Christina! 💆‍♀️💕 There’s nothing better than welcoming new participants and helping our residents start their week with a little extra relaxation, comfort, and self-care. A little pampering goes a long way! 💅💕 Some of our lovely ladies enjoyed a little self-care today with fresh manicures courtesy of our very own Activity Director, Clarke! It's always a joy to slow down, share some conversation, and add a little extra sparkle to someone's day. ✨💖

Our residents got creative this Monday morning with a little shrinky dink fun! 🎨✨ It was so much fun watching their designs come to life as they created their own colorful little keepsakes. A little creativity makes for a wonderful start to the week! 💕

💙 Celebrating Our Amazing Facility Nurse, Beckie!💙

Today we want to recognize someone who means so much to our Cache Valley Assisted Living family — our wonderful facility nurse, Beckie🩺❤️

Beckie has been part of our team for over five years, and during that time she has touched the lives of so many residents, families, and team members. She is an incredible nurse who truly cares for each of our residents as if they were her own family.

Her compassion, dedication, knowledge, and genuine love for those she serves are just a few of the reasons we are so grateful for her.

Beckie, thank you for everything you do and for the heart you bring to Cache Valley Assisted Living every single day. We are incredibly lucky to have a nurse like you!💕👏

🎃👻 HALLOWEEN SPIRIT WEEK IS HERE AT CVAL! 👻🎃

We're getting into the Halloween spirit October 26th–30th, and we have a whole week of festive fun planned for our residents and staff! 🧡🍂

Here's what's happening each day:

🍁 Monday, October 26: Cozy Plaid & Flannel Day
🧦 Tuesday, October 27: Crazy Socks or Silly Hair Day
🍂 Wednesday, October 28: Cozy Autumn Sweater Day
💜 Thursday, October 29: Hall Color Day! Hall 100 in purple, Hall 200 in orange, Hall 300 in black, and Hall 400 (Memory Care) in green.
🦸🎃 Friday, October 30: FULL HALLOWEEN COSTUME DAY!

We're looking forward to a week filled with laughter, creativity, festive outfits, and plenty of Halloween fun! Our staff are ready to bring the spirit, and we can't wait to see everyone get involved. 🥰

And don't forget, Friday is our Halloween Party from 4–6 PM, when our residents will be handing out candy to trick-or-treaters who stop by! 🍬👻

🎃🍬 Trick-or-Treat at CVAL! 👻🧡

Calling all little ghosts, goblins, witches, and superheroes! 🦸‍♀️🧙‍♂️ Our residents are excited to hand out candy to all the trick-or-treaters who stop by during our Halloween party on Friday, October 30, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM! 🍭🕸️

Bring your costumes, your biggest smiles, and your candy bags! We can’t wait to see all the spooky, silly, and adorable costumes that come through our doors. 🎃🖤
