Today, we remember the lives lost and the courage, compassion, and resilience shown in the days that followed September 11, 2001.

We honor those who were impacted and remember the importance of coming together to support one another. 🤍

Suicidal thoughts can come from a place of feeling overwhelmed, trapped, or unable to see a way through—not always from a desire to die.

Taking someone seriously doesn’t require having the perfect words. Sometimes, listening without judgment and helping someone connect with support is the most important place to start.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Intense emotions can feel permanent when you’re in the middle of them, but emotions move. Like a wave, they rise, reach a peak, and eventually come back down.

You don’t have to solve everything in the hardest moment. Sometimes the next step is simply staying with yourself until the wave passes.💛

Su***de can affect people from all walks of life, and sometimes the people who are struggling most are the ones who hide it best. This month, let’s make space for honest conversations, check in on the people we love, and remind each other that asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness.

If you’re struggling, you don’t have to carry it alone. Share it with someone who may need it, and don’t be afraid to reach out. 🫶

BDD can make you feel like everyone sees the flaws you see in yourself—but that doesn’t mean those flaws are reality.

BDD is more than simply not liking how you look. It can cause intense distress and impact how you see yourself and your everyday life.

You don’t have to keep fighting with your appearance. Recovery is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. 🤍

OCD can be convincing, especially when it tells you that you need to figure something out right now.

A quick check-in can help you notice when OCD is pulling you into the cycle—without automatically following where it leads.

The goal isn’t to make the thoughts disappear. It’s to practice responding differently. 💛

Save this post for a reminder when OCD starts pulling you into the cycle.

Sometimes OCD looks like “I’m fine” when you’re actually struggling.

You don’t have to hide what you’re feeling or explain it perfectly. 🤍 Being vulnerable with someone you trust can be the first step toward feeling less alone.

For most kids, these worries come and go. But for kids with OCD, "what if" thoughts can feel overwhelming and may lead to checking, reassurance-seeking, or avoiding school.
