FALL CLINIC UPDATES!🍂

And we’re back! I blinked and summer was over, all my kiddos are back to school and I’m back in the office more!

HOURS: I am now open Tuesday 9-3, Wednesday 10-6, Thursday 9-6. I still tend to only answer and get back to calls/messages during these hours. I wear many hats (mom, wife, chef, taxi driver, cleaner, coach, volunteer, etc) and errors tend to occur when I try to do “work” at home! Thank you for understanding!

NEW PATIENTS: I have turned on online booking for new patients! You can also reach out if you need assistance booking.

MICRONEEDLING: now is the time to book those microneedling sessions so you will be fully healed by the time the sun comes out next spring. ☀️ If you have already completed a series of microneedling sessions it is recommended to have one or two sessions a year to keep your skin glowing!

We’ve been enjoying our summer and we don’t want to rush things but just an FYI that September hours have been updated for those that like to book ahead!

Starting 9/8 hours will be:
Tuesday 9-3
Wednesday 9:30-6
Thursday 9-6

We will be able to take new patients then, but you will need to contact me to make an appointment. Otherwise returning patients can book online.

More exciting news! Light House Family Chiropractic has taken over the studio side of the building and has expanded their hours here! Reach out to them for more information!

We are officially on summer hours! ☀️

Our office will be open Wednesdays and Thursdays until the kiddos head back to school.

At this time I can not take a lot of new patients, if you would like to be put on a waitlist or if you don’t mind booking a few weeks out, feel free to get ahold of me!

I also will only be responding to messages and calls when I’m in the office!

Thank you for the support and encouragement to take some time off to enjoy my littles this summer. 🤍🤍

SPRING AND SUMMER HOURS!🌼

As we move into our busy season with kiddos on different sport schedules, you will notice some changes to my availability!

Starting in May, my evening hours are very limited. I am still waiting for sports schedules but most after 4pm appointments are currently blocked off through June. I will make adjustments once I have schedules.

Starting the last week of June, I will only be working Wednesdays and Thursdays for the duration of summer break. My kiddos still like hanging out with me and I want to soak up this time with them😅. As always I will have extended hours these days to get as many people in as possible but I most likely will have to pause on accepting new patients for July and August.

Thank you for the continued support! It’s wild I’ve been doing this thing for almost 9 years now.🤍

Cooking with Tanny Lou🤍

We’ve been loving this oatmeal bake! It’s quick and easy, can be stored for the week for quick meals, and variations can be made to better for your family’s needs.

I added chia seeds, craisins, and collagen protein powder. I used coconut oil instead of butter and didn’t put blueberries in. I also had “help” and too many oats were added and I was out of milk, so I added plain Greek yogurt and it turned out to be so light and fluffy this time. I think I’ll be doing that for now on!

I warm mine up with some berries and then add a scoop of Greek yogurt for even more protein!

HOLIDAY HOURS🎄

As always, I will be taking some extra time off around the holidays. We will be open this week with normal hours and then starting next week will only be open 12/23 and 12/30. I will be here extended hours both days.

During my days off, I will not be checking emails, calls or messages much. Thank you for understanding while I soak in these magical days with my littles.🎅🏻🤍
