He started here as a student. In 2025 he opened our York clinic 🎓

Meet Dr. Ross Drawbaugh, DPT, COMT. Ross did his final 16-week clinical rotation with us while finishing his doctorate at Lebanon Valley College, learning hands-on from Dr. Neff.

Manual therapy is his thing: spinal mobilization and hands-on work for back, neck and joint problems.

If you're in York and something's been nagging you, now you know who to ask for.

SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT!

Just over 3 weeks until our 4th annual chili cook-off! Will Lewis Auto & Truck Repair 3-peat or will one of our newcomers steal the wooden spoon this year? Come on out November 21st, 11a-2p at the SECA Center in Quarryville to taste the chilis and cast your vote!

Our first sponsor that we are recognizing is El's Flowers!

"El’s Flowers is a local grown and sister owned flower business based out of Holtwood. Laura Murry and Lynsey Goodling grow, cut, and arrange the flowers to sell roadside and at events. Growing up on their parents farm, they learned a love and care for cultivating beautiful things that they love to share with the community."

York, we're officially neighbors 👋

Our newest clinic is on Kenneth Road, opened by Dr. Ross Drawbaugh in 2025. It works just like our other three offices. You’ll see the same doctor, every visit, and you get hands-on treatment every time.

Lancaster County born and raised, close enough to Shady Maple to count 🍽️

Meet Brittany Stevenson, physical therapist assistant at our Willow Street clinic. Outside work she takes on freelance interior design, gets outdoors with her husband, their sweet little boy, and their two shih tzus, and will happily meet you at any coffee shop going.

Settle it: best coffee shop in Lancaster County? ☕

🎃🍬 Stop by and see Dr. Drawbaugh at the Wyndham Garden York today from 1 PM - 4 PM for Trunk or Treat!

Bring the kids, grab some candy, and enjoy a fun afternoon of Halloween festivities. Don't forget to stop by my trunk and say hello!

See you soon, York! 👻🧡

Called our Willow Street clinic lately? Then you've probably already met Kimberly Booth-Ashley 📞

She runs the front desk, which means she's the one juggling the schedule so you get in when you need to. Next time you're in, say hi.

Shoulder popped out once, and now it never feels quite right? 😬

Once the joint gets stretched out it tends to slip again, and every time makes the next one easier. Training through it usually makes it worse.

Get it looked at before the season starts, not halfway through it.

Know an athlete whose shoulder "just does that sometimes"? Send them this.

Meet Courtney Bender, a physical therapy aide at Willow Street.

She went to Solanco High School, played on their first girls' soccer team and marched in the band. If your appointment runs on time and the room is ready when you walk in, that's her.

SAVE THE DATE!

November 21st, 11-2pm at the SECA building in Quarryville.

Come on out to taste some amazing chili, vote for your favorite and support our scholarships and local fire departments!

Wrestlers: that shoulder you keep "working through"? It's keeping score 🤼

Wrestling is hard on shoulders, knees and necks in ways most sports aren't. We treat the injury, then we sort out the training load that caused it. Skip that second part and it usually shows up again by January.

Know a wrestler (or a wrestling parent)? Spread the word!
