Tyler M. Eppers, 23 passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, July 28th 2026.
Tyler was born November 25th, 2002. He was the cherished son to Joe and Tasha Slusar and was the best big brother to Lincoln James Thomas.
Tyler was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin. Though SMA posed daily challenges, Tyler faced them bravely wearing a smile on his face. He graduated from Case High School in 2021 followed by attending St Anne's Intergenerational Care. Tyler spent many summers attending Camp Kinder through RADD. Tyler especially loved his favorite restaurants and foods, Bucks and Brewers games, Jeeps and The Simpsons. He was an avid enjoyer of music and concerts, especially the orchestra and The Wiggles.
Tyler will be deeply missed by his parents, brother and grandparents. He also leaves behind a circle of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him dearly. He goes on to be reunited with his Auntie Kelly and great-grandpa Raymond "monkey face" as well as his godmother, Sarah Vytlacil and Uncle, Tom Thielen. He will be remembered for bringing joy (and sassiness) to all those around him.
We take comfort in knowing he is finally free from all the limitations of his body, resting in eternal peace.

A celebration of Tyler’s life will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 12 noon at Sturino Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, Tyler’s family requests that donations be made to the...
