One of my favorite parts of my job is watching the transformation happen right in front of me.
The shoulders that walked in practically touching their ears from stress… slowly relax.
The deep breath that comes at the end.
That moment when I can actually feel the tension leave their body.
I love knowing that for a little while, they can let go of everything and simply breathe.
I truly love what I do, and I’m so grateful I get to help people feel a little lighter, calmer, and more like themselves.
