To find your local cooling center call 211 or visit https://nj211.org/nj-cooling-centers.

There is no charge to go to a cooling center to protect yourself and your loved ones!!

As temperatures rise, it’s important to take steps to protect yourself, your family, and those around you from heat-related illnesses.

📞 If you suspect someone is experiencing heat stroke, call 911 immediately and begin cooling measures while awaiting emergency responders.

Stay safe, stay cool, and check on elderly neighbors, young children, and anyone who may be at higher risk during extreme heat.
