Everyone talks about glowing up.

But nobody talks about the glow that comes from finally trusting yourself.

Not trusting the latest expert.
Not trusting what everyone else thinks you should do.
Not trusting the version of yourself that spent years people-pleasing, overachieving, or putting everyone else’s needs first.

I mean trusting YOU.

The glow that comes from:

Setting a boundary without apologizing

Speaking up about what you want

Letting go of roles you’ve outgrown

Making decisions based on your values instead of other people’s expectations

Realizing that your worth was never something you had to earn

For many women, midlife and menopause aren’t just physical transitions.

They’re invitations.

Invitations to stop abandoning yourself.

Invitations to reconnect with who you are beneath all the responsibilities, expectations, and labels you’ve carried for years.

That’s the kind of glow up I’m interested in.

Not becoming someone new.

Coming home to yourself.

If you’re in a season of questioning what’s next, feeling disconnected from yourself, or wanting more confidence in this chapter of life, I’d love to support you.

I offer complimentary consultation calls where we can talk about where you are, where you want to be, and whether coaching might help bridge that gap.

Click on the link in bio or send me a DM, and let’s start the conversation.

But nobody talks about the glow that comes from finally trusting yourself.

Not trusting the latest expert.
Not trusting what everyone else thinks you should do.
Not trusting the version of yourself that spent years people-pleasing, overachieving, or putting everyone else's needs first.

There’s something I’ve learned about myself over the years:

I’m actually really good in a crisis.

When something hard is happening, I can focus. I can make a plan. I can keep going.

That was true during my breast cancer treatment.

But what caught me off guard was what came after.

When active treatment ended, I didn’t automatically feel like myself again. On the outside, I looked fine — but internally, I was trying to adjust to a version of life that felt unfamiliar.

And I’ve realized so many women experience this feeling of disconnection during major life transitions, especially in perimenopause and menopause.

You keep functioning. You keep showing up. But quietly, you’re thinking:

“Something feels different… and I don’t know how to get back to myself.”

That’s the space I support women in.

Not just surviving the hard thing — but navigating the emotional transition that comes after it.

If this resonates with you, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

If you’ve been feeling off lately… you’re not alone.

Menopause can impact everything, your mood, your energy, even how you move through your day.

These are a few small ways to reset when things feel like too much.

Start small. Be gentle with yourself.

If you’d like more simple, supportive tools,

No one told me this about wigs and insurance before chemo…

When I found out I was going to lose my hair, I had about two weeks to figure out what I wanted to do.

One thing I’m really glad I looked into?
👉 Whether my insurance would cover a wig (aka a cranial prosthesis).

Some plans do — but the process isn’t always straightforward, and the options covered may not feel like you.

I ended up paying out of pocket for something I felt comfortable in… and I wore my wigs more than I expected.

If you’re navigating this right now, I hope this gives you a place to start 💛

If you’re newly diagnosed and trying to figure out all of this, comment PINK and I’ll send you my free guide 💛

A year ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

This month I celebrated my first cancerversary.

Those first 30 days after diagnosis were some of the most overwhelming days I’ve ever experienced. There were appointments to schedule, tests to understand, decisions to make… all while I was still trying to process the words “you have cancer.”

Even though I had worked in the health insurance industry for 12 years and thought I understood the system pretty well… it’s very different when you’re the patient.

So I created something I wish I’d had during that time.

It’s a free toolkit for people who are newly diagnosed with cancer or another serious illness — with practical trackers, gentle guidance, and a few permission slips for the days when everything feels like too much.

Nothing inspirational.
Nothing overwhelming.
Just something steady.

If you (or someone you love) could use it, comment TOOLKIT and I’ll send it your way. 💛Also… hi. It’s really good to be back here. 💛

📣 Last Call, Storytellers! ✨
Wednesday (10/8) is the FINAL day to sign up for Life Chapters — a 6-week guided memoir-writing circle for midlife women.

When I took a Guided Autobiography class, I didn’t know how powerful it would be to see my own life on paper. Writing my stories — and then sharing them with others — helped me live more mindfully, accept my journey without judgment, and even give my loved ones something meaningful to hold onto.

Now, as a Certified Instructor through the Birren Center for Autobiographical Studies (the organization that’s been teaching this method worldwide for decades), I’m bringing this experience to YOU in a fresh, empowering way.

If you’ve been thinking about it… this is your sign. 🌿
đź’« No writing experience needed
📝 Just your stories + a supportive circle
đź’– A gift to yourself (and maybe your loved ones this holiday season)

Your stories hold your power — don’t let this chance slip by.
📅 Class is Oct 15 – Nov 19
🕖 Wednesdays, 7–9 pm ET (2 hrs)
đź’˛ $120 total
đź‘ Limited to 8 women
