One of the most common questions we hear is: “How often will I need to be adjusted?”
The answer? It depends on YOU. 💚
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all schedule because several factors can affect how often your body needs care, including:
✨ Your starting point – Your initial condition and how long you've been dealing with it can influence how much care your body needs.
✨How your body responds – Everyone adapts to care differently. Some people hold their correction well, while others may need more frequent visits initially.
✨Your lifestyle – Work, exercise, sports, sleep, stress, posture, and daily activities can all place different demands on your body.
✨Your stress level – Physical, chemical, and emotional stress can affect how well your body adapts and maintains balance.
✨Your phase of care – In the beginning or corrective phase, visits may be more frequent as we work toward establishing a more stable correction. As your body adapts and holds better, visits typically become less frequent.
The goal isn't to keep you coming in forever. The goal is to help your body become more stable so you can need care less often.
That's why we evaluate how you're holding between visits rather than simply adjusting you because it's “time.”
Your body tells us when it's ready.
