Drahos Physical Therapy has officially moved!

We are now located at 1250 Sussex Turnpike Suite M in Randolph.

Any guesses on where the artwork is at the office? Pelvic health work can be hard and heavy, so you need to have a little bit of lightness sometimes.

Looking forward to seeing clients in the new space!

A few weeks ago I got to hang out with at their Wild Goose Trail Festival! I set up my chafin' station to help all the runners with hot spots and encourage them on their goose-tastic adventure. As usual, Drahos PT supplies all the menstrual products for Sassquad...getting caught off guard is the worst.

The weather was perfect and I tested out my new truck bed cap. It worked out well and it was nice to avoid dealing with a tent. Note to self: remember to pop a window in the cap so condensation doesn't build up. Whoops.

Lovely run out at the Columbia Trail yesterday. Two deer ran with me for a good minute. It was pretty great. Nature was out in full force with snakes and turtles!

Also got to see the best running to group ever - shout out to ✨🌟💪

I'm in taper mode for a 12 hour race next week at One Day at the Fair with . Looking forward to a great race!

I had the pleasure of hanging out with all the Sassquad maniacs at South Mountain Reservation this past weekend. The Squatchy Surprise was in full effect and I was there with my chafin' station, all the menstrual products you could ever need, and carbs in the form of gummy bears, swedish fish, nerds clusters, and some weird Shaq gummies. ✨What a day!! ✨

I turned quite a few runners onto Run Goo by . It's been my go to for over 2 years now! 👣

Thanks as always to Kim at for being one of the best race directors out there. ❤️🌈🦄🎉
