Thank you, everyone, for your kind words this past week. All is well and your love has been much appreciated. We're back to regularly scheduled programming as of yesterday 🙏🏻
I'll be making a change to the Fitness Schedule at Willapa Wellness: starting May 1st, classes will be held only on Mondays and Wednesdays. Fridays are fairly low attendance and with the coming of warmer weather/the opportunity for having fun outdoors, I don't forsee higher attendance, haha. If Fridays are terribly missed, this can possibly just be the "Summer Schedule."
New class schedule:
Monday and Wednesday
3:30pm- Senior Exercise (All ages and levels/not yoga. Can be modified to anyone's limitations.)
4:30pm- Yoga 1 (Great way to try a first ever class and great for someone unsure of their abilities.)
5:30pm- Yoga 2 (A little pilates-like- we're here for a good, hard time, haha. Lots of laughter and you dont have to be "good at yoga," just a glutton for punishment.
6:30pm- Yin Yoga (Super relaxing. Nervous system regulating and mobility increasing. All levels.)
Feel free to join us anytime for any class and we can see what works for you. These classes are very informal. We fall down and laugh a lot. First class of each type is free and a $5 suggested donation after that. No need to pre-register- just show up ready for fun.
