I see you. I used to be the same way.
Back on my weight loss journey (yes, I had my own about 15 years ago), I would proudly log my food during the week, then skip the weekend because I didnât want to write downđ·đđđșđŠ
I actually didnât think it was that bad.
Until I started paying attention, and no wonder I couldnât lose 15-20 lbs.
My â80/20â life was more like 60/40. Then 50/50.
I had to swallow a hard truth: I wasnât being honest with myself.
Fast-forward 15 years, and guess what?
I donât log my food anymore.
I donât overdo it on the weekends.
And I certainly donât worry about what Iâm eating because I KNOW how to eat in a way that supports my goals.
And if you see my Instagram story, youâll see I pretty much eat the same things I did 15 years agoâ but I have SO much more control.
You can have this lifestyle, too.
