Managing an Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to define your life or limit the activities you enjoy. Here are five essential tips for living well with AFib:

🙋Ask Questions: Understand how your specific form of AFib shapes your care.
📙Track Your Triggers: Keep a simple log to identify what triggers an episode.
💊Stick to Your Meds: Use pill organizers or alarms to ensure you take medications exactly as prescribed.
🏃Move with Intention: Regular, moderate exercise is vital for heart rhythm. Always consult your doctor before starting new routines.
📲Stay Connected: Don’t wait for an emergency. If you feel off, reach out to your care team, they are there to support you.

Every breath counts. 🌬️

Today is World Oxygen Day, a moment to recognize the millions of people, from newborns to older adults, who rely on oxygen therapy to live fuller, healthier lives.

As the World Health Organization notes, oxygen is an essential medicine. Despite its importance, global access to this life-saving resource remains a major challenge.

Everybody needs oxygen and some bodies need a little more. Today we recognize the importance of oxygen therapy to improve the quality of life for all patients in need across the globe.
