Looking at these photos side by side is a reminder that true transformation is about so much more than the number on the scale.

The gray photos represent where I started.

The red photos represent June 2026.

📏 Measurements this month:

✔ Neck: 13.25"
✔ Chest: 34"
✔ Upper Waist: 29"
✔ Waist: 33.75"
✔ Hips: 35.5"
✔ Arm: 10.25" & 10"
✔ Thigh: 18.5"
✔ Calf: 13.75"

📉 Total inches lost this month: 6.25 inches

What stands out most to me isn't a number.

It's the transformation that's visible in these photos.

The biggest difference isn't simply fat loss—it's the change in body composition. The side and back comparisons show significantly less inflammation through my waist, lower back, and midsection. My shoulders, arms, and posture are noticeably stronger and more defined.

That's the kind of progress that comes from rebuilding health, not simply dieting.

It's the reduction in inflammation.

It's the strength that's becoming visible.

It's the confidence.

It's the energy.

It's the fact that my body continues to heal and adapt without extreme dieting, endless cardio, restrictive meal plans, or constantly starting over.

One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that healing and fat loss happen when the body feels safe enough to let go.

For me, that meant focusing on:

☀️ Consistent sunrise exposure
🥩 Nourishing my body with enough protein and whole foods
😴 Prioritizing sleep and recovery
🧠 Nervous system regulation
🚶‍♀️ Daily movement
🌿 Supporting my body instead of fighting against it

And honestly...

Just when I thought I had maintenance figured out, my body reminded me that healing isn't a destination—it's an ongoing process.

This journey has never been about chasing a number.

It's been about becoming healthier, stronger, more resilient, and more aligned with how the body was designed to function.

No crash diets.
No extreme restrictions.
No "starting over every Monday."

Just daily alignment, consistency, and trusting the process.

And that has changed everything. ❤️

💧 Hydration is one of the topics we're discussing inside our Summer Metabolic Challenge, but today I want to take the conversation to you...

Most people think hydration is simply about drinking more water. But what if hydration is also about cellular signaling? That's where molecular hydrogen water comes in.
Regular mineral water hydrates. Hydrogen water hydrates AND signals.
Research suggests molecular hydrogen may support:
⚡ Cellular Energy Production
Your mitochondria use water in the process of producing ATP, your body's energy currency. Molecular hydrogen may help support mitochondrial function while reducing oxidative stress.
🔥 Metabolic Health
Studies have shown hydrogen-rich water may help activate pathways involved in fat metabolism, glucose regulation, and metabolic flexibility.
🛡️ Selective Antioxidant Support
Unlike many antioxidants that blunt beneficial stress responses, molecular hydrogen appears to selectively neutralize harmful free radicals while allowing important cellular signaling to remain intact.
🧠 Inflammation & Recovery
Chronic inflammation can impact energy, insulin sensitivity, recovery, and overall metabolic health. Hydrogen water has been studied for its potential role in supporting healthy inflammatory responses.
But let's not forget the foundation...
Hydration itself is one of the most overlooked metabolic tools available.
💧 Water is required for ATP production.
🔥 Fat breakdown requires adequate hydration.
🧠 Dehydration is often mistaken for hunger.
🌡️ Summer increases fluid losses significantly, which means your hydration needs are often higher than you think.
If you're spending time outdoors, exercising, sweating, or working on improving your metabolism this summer, hydration may be one of the simplest places to start.

Personally, I use a hydrogen water bottle daily because I want to support hydration at the cellular level. Here's the Echo bottle I use (CODE BNC10) https://echowater.com/flask?_ef_transaction_id=&uid=140&oid=19&affid=8

Remember:
You can't build energy in a dehydrated cell.
Hydration is about creating an environment where your cells can thrive.

👇 Have you ever tried hydrogen water?

Today's lesson inside our 66-Day Summer Glow Challenge was all about something that completely changed my own health journey...

🌿 Nervous System Regulation

Here's something most wellness programs never tell you:

Chronic stress doesn't just feel bad...

It can influence how your body allocates resources.

When your body consistently perceives threat, overwhelm, sleep deprivation, constant stimulation, or chronic stress, it often shifts priorities toward immediate survival rather than optimal digestion, recovery, hormone balance, and metabolic flexibility.

For years, I thought I needed:
✔ A better diet
✔ Better macros
✔ More discipline
✔ More supplements
✔ More willpower

What I actually needed was to stop living in a constant state of "go."

One of the biggest shifts in my recent transformation wasn't another protocol.

It was learning how to create more moments of safety.
More time outside
More barefoot walks
More sunrise exposure
More slowing down
More recovery
More boundaries
More sleep

When we spend more time in a regulated state, we often notice:
✨ Better digestion
✨ More stable energy
✨ Improved sleep
✨ Fewer cravings
✨ Better blood sugar regulation
✨ Improved recovery
✨ Greater resilience to stress

The goal isn't to eliminate stress.

The goal is to build a body that can move through stress and return to a state of safety more efficiently. That is where healing, recovery, and long-term metabolic health begin.

And honestly? Learning this may have been one of the most pivotal changes I've made over the last year.

❤️ If you're constantly trying harder but still feel stuck, exhausted, inflamed, or frustrated, it may be time to look beyond calories and macros and start looking at the signals your body is receiving every day.

☀️ This was today's lesson inside our 66-Day Summer Glow Challenge.

And good news...It's NOT too late to join us. We're focusing on the simple daily habits that support metabolism, nervous system regulation, sleep, recovery, and sustainable health.

No extremes.
No perfection.
Just consistent daily actions that add up over time.

🌿 WEEKLY CHECK-IN 🌿

This week wasn't about perfection. It was about getting back into rhythm. Gearing up to start the challenge this month

Last week I saw a temporary jump on the scale. Not because I failed. Not because the process stopped working. Simply because life happened.

This week?
The weight came right back off plus a little 😜 I forgot to do measurements I'll do those this weekend

✔ Weight: 129.2 lbs
✔ Down 4.2 lbs from last week
✔ Total Loss: 62.8 lbs
✔ Lean Mass steady in the standard range
✔ Lean Mass %: 72.8%
✔ Visceral Fat: 7 (Low)
✔ Health Score: 537

One thing I've learned over the last year is this:
Your body doesn't need perfection
Your body needs consistency
The scale will fluctuate
Life will get stressful
Schedules will get busy
Motivation will come and go
People won't understand you
People won't agree with your journey

But when your foundation is built on sleep, light, nourishment, movement, hydration, nervous system support, and showing up one day at a time, the trend continues moving in the right direction.

And that's exactly what this week reminded me.

On June 1st, we officially kicked off the 66-Day Summer Metabolic Challenge.

Not to chase perfection
Not to crash diet
Not to punish ourselves

But to build momentum through simple daily actions that compound over time.

This challenge is about:
☀️ Morning light
🥩 Prioritizing protein
🚶 Daily movement
💧 Hydration
😴 Better sleep
🧠 Nervous system support
❤️ Becoming better than yesterday

Real life
Real stress
Real progress

And honestly, that's the kind of transformation I'm most proud of.

Back to the basics.
Back to the rhythm.
Back to trusting the process.

😏 Today's Imperfect Workout Check-In

Because apparently if you don't post it... it didn't happen. 😉

Today's workout wasn't about perfect form, perfect conditions, or even a perfect plan.

It was about showing up anyway.

Bands came out.
Lower body got some attention.
A little strength.
A little "that'll do, Becky."

The funny thing about consistency is that it doesn't care whether your workout is Instagram-worthy.

It only cares that you did it.

So here's your reminder:

💪 Imperfect workouts count.
💪 Modified workouts count.
💪 Short workouts count.
💪 The workout you almost skipped but did anyway counts the most.

Today's score:
✅ Movement happened
✅ Muscles worked
✅ Excuses lost

And that's a win in my book.

Happy Anniversary to my favorite adventure partner. ❤️

Looking back, it's amazing to see the beautiful family we've built together not just the one we started, but the people we've welcomed into our lives and grown to love as our own.

Through the years we've shared countless memories, adventures, road trips, laughter, challenges, celebrations, and all the ordinary moments that somehow became the most meaningful. We've grown, changed, learned, and continued choosing each other through every season.

Watching our family grow, seeing the bonds we've created & our kids are creating in their lives, and experiencing life side by side has been one of my greatest blessings.

As excited as I am for all the memories we've made, I'm even more excited for what's still ahead. New adventures, new chapters, and more moments together.

I wouldn't want to do this life with anyone else.

Happy Anniversary, Honey. Thank you for being my best friend, my biggest supporter(most of the time 😜), and the person I still choose every single day.

Here's to us, our family, grandparenthood and all the adventures still to come. ❤️✨
