Hilltop Springs was pleased to host another Your Wellness Matters – Ask the Doctor event on May 21 featuring Dr. Nepomuceno.

Residents and community members enjoyed an informative discussion on health and wellness, asked questions, and gained valuable insights to support their well-being. Following the presentation, guests gathered for a healthy lunch and fellowship.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event a success. We love bringing educational opportunities and meaningful connections to our community.

There is probably nothing that brings more enthusiasm, comradery, laughter, and joy to our memory care residents than our weekly game of bowling. Every Tuesday afternoon we manage to fill all 12 available spots to create 2 bowling teams. People who haven't bowled in years join with those who bowl every week. Then the fun begins. We are so fortunate to have our own bowling alley here at Hilltop Springs. Living Fun

We recently had a beautiful outing to Riverview Golf and Country Club. We were invited by Margaret's sister, Suzanne, who treated us to ice cream sundaes. We were like children, choosing as many toppings as we could fit on our delicious bowls of ice cream. But the biggest treat was the wonderful view of the river and the distant mountains. We are truly blessed to share such delightful experiences together!

It was a wild ride, and we were just spectators! Several members of our memory care community, along with several family members, got out to enjoy the Cottonwood Rodeo. For some, it was a first time rodeo experience. For the rest of us, the first time in a very long time There was so much to see and experience! What fun!

Yee Haw it’s a Rodeo! Our Hilltop Springs community was a part of a “Best in the West” Lobby Showcase contest thru the Chamber of Commerce and Asphalt Cowboys. We roped in all of our resident cowboys for a fun filled morning of horse races, a visit to the chicken coop to see the Hilltop “Spring Chickens”, a stroll past our resident collection of rodeo artifacts and photos of past rodeo events throughout the years. Chili and cornbread was on the lunch menu. Prize ribbons went to our best dressed in the west residents and all were in high spirits for the kick off of Rodeo week here in Redding!
