House 3 had a great time celebrating Octoberfest in Germany for our monthly “country of the month”! Starting with bratwurst, sauerkraut, and German chocolate cake for lunch, then traveling through Germany via YouTube videos! 🇩🇪They also loved the Bavarian pretzels with honey mustard and non alcoholic b**r 🍺for a snack! “PROST”! 🍻😉

Monday was the most perfect day to take a scenic drive to Shasta Dam! So simple yet so delightful for the residents that went!🍁 the temperature was perfect, the scenery and the clouds made these trips (3 total) so delightful and relaxing! On the last one we stopped for a few minutes and shared stories from our younger years❤️🥰 so fun to spend that time with our residents! Thank you Jesse and Courtney for being such great copilots! Also the staff that helped us load and unload were indispensable to the success of our trips! 🫶(see pictures below from trips 2 and 3)

Today was the most perfect day to take a scenic drive to Shasta Dam! So simple yet so delightful for the residents that went!🍁 the temperature was perfect, the scenery and the clouds made these trips (3 total) so delightful and relaxing! Operation Christmas Child was a huge success! Our sweet residents helped stuff over 100 Christmas shoe boxes to be sent all over the world to needy children! They love helping others ❤️🥰❤️
