Our annual Women Wine Wellness event is Wednesday night! May 6 from 6-8 pm. We’ll have our hydrotherapy bed running with health and wellness tips from Dr Heidi, Transcendance demo with and personal trainer movement flow with Andi Fowler. Monica will be doing chair massage and Erin will have her awesome hand and arm massage with Éminence samples, just like you get when you get facials at 🧖‍♀️ and if you want to peruse some jewelry, is doing a pop up! Of course, this is to celebrate our great community of women and show our gratitude to the women that help lift one another up! If that’s not enough, we’ll have goodie bags and raffle prizes! Aligned, active, and absolutely crushing it at 68! As March is rapidly coming to an end we wanted to acknowledge our Athlete of the Month! This month we deviated from our typical student athlete to celebrate that there is no age limit to greatness.

Tony improved his time at this year’s 5K race time by more than a minute over last year! In his Care Memoir he mentions how he pays “better attention to my posture, spine, and general upkeep. This means daily yoga stretches and Monday morning visits to my chiropractor.”

We’re honored that we are a part of his health and wellness team. Staying active at every age-that’s the real win! 🏆
