George Arthur Jedrey Jr., “Mr. Wonderful”, of Canadian Lakes, Michigan, passed away April 21, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of quiet strength, devotion, and love for his family.
George was born on November 13, 1946, in Miami, FL, to George and Mildred Jedrey. He spent much of his life working as an electrical estimator and electrician, a career that reflected his strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Betty Lou Jedrey, age 85, of Canadian Lakes, Michigan, passed away on April 21, 2026.
Born on November 17, 1940, in Detroit, Michigan, to Frank and Eleanor Hardy, Betty was a woman of strength, faith, and unmistakable personality. She married the love of her life, George Jedrey, on October 11, 1968, in Miami, Florida. Together, they built a life rooted in love and laughter, spending time in both Florida and Michigan before eventually settling in the Detroit area. In 2018, Betty and George retired to Canadian Lakes, embracing a quieter, more peaceful chapter where they enjoyed many lovely neighbors in the Canadian Lakes community.

We are at it again! Lakeview is getting yet another update! Although we enjoyed having a large lobby, we realized there was no privacy for families during our arrangement meetings and that there was a lot of wasted space. We are currently having two arrangement/lounge rooms built which will offer privacy while making arrangements, as well as offer a place for families to relax and have a snack during visitations and services. Stay tuned to see more updates!
