I have adult children who live together and are the best of friends. A point I am extremely proud of. I grew up a child of divorce with one parent who fought the demons of addiction and another parent who battled fiercely with mental health. Back in the

80s and 90s these things were not discussed outside of the home. I learned at a young age how to stifle and shutdown my voice, as many of us women did. Which led me to years of putting my needs on the backburner and taking care of everyone else first. I take pride, in my mid-40s now, of working to unravel the layers of hiding, diminishing myself and playing small. I support others in doing the same and revealing all the light along the way. I am blooming in my older years to become a lighter, happier version of myself. I encourage all others to do the same!!! Forget playing small and being afraid. There is no time to waste--the time is NOW. There is nothing better, I find, than to spend my time supporting others who are looking to rediscover themselves and find their true HOME within.

I posted the other day about starting a prayer circle. This is happening!!!

Our first will be this Sunday May 31st, 2026 at 4 p.m. pacific standard time. That is 6 p.m. central, 5 p.m. mountain.

Please join us. When we come together with intention, there is so much power that miracles just start flying around like the wind.

Happy May! It's been so long since I have posted here.

I am going to start a prayer circle. Not the kind where I read out of the bible and quote verses.

The kind where we come together as a community and send healing intentions towards those who need it.

All will be welcome and invited to share what they need. This intentional gathering is meant to increase the frequency of well-being. In your life, in my life and the lives of those we touch.
