In this group we will hold discussions, events, classes on how we can make a transformation on how we view life, and look at how we hold onto what is pleasant and familiar to us. In order to age successfully you must be present with what is happening now in this moment. This includes letting go of expectations and past beliefs or experiences that may block what is true in this moment. I am the owner of the company Purposeful Living Healing Center.
