Employee Spotlight 🦋✨

Kaley is a skilled RBT that pays attention to detail. She’s brings positive energy and determination to every session, ensuring that not only is her client having a great time but they are meeting their goals. Kaley is a team player always ready to lend a helping hand. We are so lucky to have Kaley on our team!💙

Kaley shared, “I love my job and I have many favorite parts but I think my most favorite are the connections I get to build with my clients, watching them accomplish their goals or learn new things, and getting to do something for them that they will take with them for the rest of their lives. I see what the work we do does outside of our walls and it makes a huge impact on the lives of clients and their family’s’. Im blessed to be apart of that and that I’m able to help create meaningful progress and change in their lives all while having fun doing it!”

A fun fact about Kaley is that she is a state champion in softball and she continued to play at the collegiate level🥎💍

In her free time you can definitely find her outdoors, probably somewhere fishing, she also loves spending time with her friends and family, and going to the gym🎣💕🏋🏼‍♀️

Employee Spotlight 🦋✨

Emili is always giving her all to her clients and consistently goes above and beyond in the care and support she provides. She has an incredible ability to build rapport with anyone, creating meaningful connections with clients, families, and team members alike. Her dedication and investment in each client’s case truly stand out.💙

Emili says her favorite part of working in ABA is, “watching clients grow from minimal communication to communicating independently. I enjoy helping them develop safe and effective emotional regulation skills while also supporting their understanding and expression of emotions. Seeing that progress and increased confidence is incredibly rewarding.”

A fun fact about Emili is that she participated in competitive cheerleading for 14 years, became a World Champion, and cheered at the Division I level📣

In her free time, you can find her enjoying spending time with her dog, going to the gym, and doing nails for her friends and family.🐾🏋🏻‍♀️💅🏼

Kim makes her sessions engaging, fun, and productive! She is a reliable RBT that is always willing to learn about a new client. Kim is always looking for ways to learn and grow with her client. It has been great watching her grow as a positive part of our team.💙

Kim shared, “my favorite part about my job is getting to see and interact with my clients. I love learning what interests them and being able to connect with them over their interests. Being able to connect with them helps build trust and allows us to work together towards their goals.”

A fun fact about Kim is she married her husband during a solar eclipse 🔭☀️

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 year old and 6 month old, and her border collie. She says they enjoy being outside, going to the park, and going swimming.🌳🐾🏊‍♀️
