Re-Kinect We help you get past your limitations, so you can return to the activities that really move you! We accomplish this in a 3 step process:
1.

Our Medical Exercise Specialists work with individuals who “hurt when they move.”
Whether it’s from recent surgery or injury to those with arthritis and poor posture, we help you enjoy normal activity again. We perform a detailed movement assessment to pinpoint the best place to start.
2. Working one-on-one, we use various techniques and methods including Redcord, a unique suspension system which off-loads body weight during the session, relieving stress and pressure on the joints and creating a pain-free exercise environment. This lets us re-train the over-worked or “shut off” muscles.
3. We conduct a 30-day re-assessment to chart measurable progress, send updates to your doctor, and make course corrections as needed. This unique and cutting-edge approach gives our clients an unrivaled experience and achieves long lasting results that help them start living again. Re-Kinect collaborates both locally and regionally with medical practitioners including Neurologist Dr. Edward Isaacs, Osteopathic Physician Dr. Peter Bower, Physiatrist, Dr. Katherine Dec, Physical Therapist Clarke Tanner and PartnerMD.

Chances are, if you’ve been trying to strengthen that weak feeling in your lower back, hip or leg, you’ve noticed it feels worse after training, and your back may even hurt afterwards.

You’re doing all the right exercises to target the “weak” muscles, but not getting stronger.

That’s because when your back hurts, your body goes into “protective mode” ordering some muscles to grip and protect you, while making others go offline–literally deleting your ability to access them.

So you can do all the right exercises, but if you can’t access the muscles you want to strengthen, you will not get stronger.

Does this sound like your situation? Comment “BACK” and I’ll send you the first steps of how to correct this!

Your back isn’t getting worse–you just have some “movement gaps” that developed over time.

You’re stiff in some places and moving too much in others.

This isn’t a strength or flexibility problem–it’s a *movement problem*.

Meaning, the way you move is putting pressure on your back and causing pain.

We need to get you moving better so that you don’t make your back worse.

Comment BACK and I’ll send you a free quiz to show you where your “movement gaps” are and what to do to solve them.

I can tell you, it’s liberating!

You no longer feel the burden of worry–that concern that you’re going to pay for that moment with ice and Advil later.

Because I’ve been where you are now.

I know what it feels like to not trust your body.

To be afraid that your back just can’t handle even a moderate bike ride.

And I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way.

The keys to having the confidence you need to get back to your active life without worrying about your back are just on the other side of some simple exercises, practiced deliberately and consistently.

If you’re ready to learn how you can trust your body again, comment “BACK” and I’ll send you the link to register for my next online private training to show you the steps.

This exercise used to scare me.

My back felt vulnerable.

I was so afraid that if I bent, twisted or lifted something just right, my back would go kerpluey.

I wasn’t weak; I just didn’t move well.

Movement felt risky.

But I learned how to change the way I move so that movement felt confident and secure. I could trust my body to get stronger without breaking down.

And on August 27, I’ll walk you through the Movement Re-wiring Method I used build confidence in movement again so I could get back to being the strong active person I’m supposed to be.

Comment BACK and I’ll send you the link to register.

You’ve done all the right things:

✅You’ve seen your doctor
✅You’ve done your PT
✅Your X-rays/MRI didn’t show anything new

But your back predictably hurts when you do certain things.

This isn’t about your structure.

It’s about feeling safe in these positions and movements.
Comment BACK and I’ll walk you through how to get started.

What if you could solve your own neck or back pain?

If you’ve been told you don’t need surgery, and you’ve done your physical therapy, your neck pain is coming not from something wrong in your structure, but from the way you move.

It’s how you carry yourself when you’re walking, running, climbing stairs.

It’s how you hold yourself up.

That’s not something someone else can fix for you.

But you can learn to solve it for yourself.

Comment “BACK” and I’ll walk you through my process.
