You know that knot in your shoulder that won’t quit? The low back that flares up every morning? The neck tension you’ve just learned to live with? You don’t have to keep living like that.

We’ve spent decades studying the body and how it holds pain. We took our training in Body Somatic Therapy, a specialized form of deep tissue work focused on the connective tissue where pain actually lives, and built our own Pain Relieving Massage around it. It’s not your everyday massage. It’s focused, intentional work designed to find the source of your pain and release it.

These hands have worked on professional athletes and celebrities, farmers and grandmothers, people who’d tried everything and people who just finally decided enough was enough. The work is the same. We listen to your body, we find what’s holding the pain, and we work to let it go.
