šŸ¤“ Pain killers assist the symptoms but not the problem. So, as your pain intensifies with untreated issues, you’ll just have to take more and more pain killers, wrecking your body’s physiological systems and making it worse.
šŸ¤“ Yoga CREATES flexibility… yoga CREATES focus and calm. Saying you’re not flexible, focused or calm enough to do yoga is like saying you’re too dirty to take a shower… the shower solves the problem.
šŸ¤“Massage is our most primal and instinctual form of medicine… it wasn’t created by man and most certainly wasn’t created for ā€œrich peopleā€ā€¦. Massage therapy is part of the animal kingdom. It’s also preventative care, so either way you are going to pay for your health, whether it be preventative care or treatment down the line because you never did preventative care.
šŸ¤“ According to every study that’s ever been done about massage and yoga, they are both some of the most effective healing modalities that exist. Unbridled criticism is the same thing as blind belief. Do some research and better than that: try it.

It’s important to ALLOW and welcome those experiences to transform into wisdom. Your wisdom deserves to be shared. Those who have experienced grief can sit with someone who is grieving. The person who has faced illness can offer comfort to someone who is afraid. Who are YOU for others?

šŸ™ŒšŸ¼ Do you wait until your cars engine fails to change the oil? No way! You change the oil to prevent the engine from failing. Massage is best used regularly as maintenance to prevent pain, injury and those depressive lows that come with life and aging. Don’t wait until there is smoke pouring out from under the hood and the tires are falling off to come get a massage šŸ˜‰ Get a strong schedule going.

Two hour massages are my specialty. I’d say 70% of my massages are 2 hour šŸ˜‚ these spots can be hard to come by same week so make sure to get a strong schedule flowing. Love you, see you on the table in your sacred Ridgefield oasis 🌿

On another note šŸ“ I am seriously thinking about discontinuing 60 minute sessions and having 75 minute sessions as the base. I need more time!

A regular massage schedule will change your life. Don’t believe me? Prove me wrong. Try 3 consecutive sessions with a good massage therapist and tell me I’m wrong. I’ll bet you an ice cream cone I’m right.

Massage: increases your mobility and range of motion, reduces anxiety and depression, benefits literally every physiological system you have, prevents injury and serves as anti-aging treatment, relieves chronic pain, circulates your body, calms your nervous system and brings clarity, shall I go on?
