How do we live a higher vibe life? It starts with realizing that our thoughts affect our energy more than many of us were ever taught.

Have you ever noticed your mood suddenly drop and then traced it back to what you were thinking about? Maybe replaying an old hurt, imagining worst-case scenarios, comparing yourself, or focusing on what’s missing.

And have you noticed the opposite? You feel lighter, clearer, more energized… and realize you were thinking about gratitude, possibility, love, creativity, connection, or something meaningful.

That really matters.

We are not powerless in the ways we sometimes believe. We are not only reactors to life. We are creators within it.

What we repeatedly focus on can shape our inner state, our choices, our relationships, and the energy we bring into the world.

So a loving question to ask yourself today is: What am I creating right now? Is it working for me… or against me?

Now, let’s be real and compassionate with ourselves too.
There are also chemical imbalances, trauma responses, grief, nervous system dysregulation, and physical illnesses that deeply affect how we feel. This is not about blaming ourselves for every hard moment. Please take sweet care of yourself and seek support when needed. This is where a well applied healing session really shines.

But for awakening beings, part of the path is learning to observe ourselves honestly and adjust our sails. Not with shame. Not with perfectionism. With truth.

A Simple Empowering Practice

Pause three times today and ask:
What am I feeling right now?
What was I just thinking about?
Is that thought true, helpful, or habitual? What thought would serve me better in this moment?

Then reframe:

From: “Nothing ever works out.”
To: “I’m learning how to create differently.”
From: “I’m stuck.”
To: “I can take one step.”
From: “I have no power.”
To: “I have influence here.”

Tiny shifts, practiced consistently, create real change.

You may not control everything. But you have more power than you think.

I work with omens the way some people work with maps.

Nature is always speaking to us. A bird appearing at just the right moment, a sudden shift in wind, an animal crossing your path, repeating symbols, a storm rolling in when your emotions crest, even the stillness in the air before something changes… all of it can carry meaning.

For me, omens are not superstition. They are part of a living relationship with Spirit, with the natural world, and with the unseen patterns moving through our lives. They don’t replace discernment, but they deepen it. They invite us to slow down, pay attention, and remember that we are in conversation with a world that is far more alive than most of us were taught.

One simple tip: don’t rush to Google or an animal totem book for the meaning first. Begin with your own body and intuition first.
Ask yourself, “What did I feel when this appeared?” “What was I just thinking about?” “What is happening in my life right now?” Let your personal symbolism come before any book meaning.

Spirit speaks in layers. Omens help us listen and learn.

One of my favorite planetary events is almost here; Mercury Retrograde.

I know, I know.... so many get a bit crazed with this one, but I love, LOVE Mercury Retrograde!!!!

And this is the first of three retrogrades in 2026 - and rather than worrying about them, I encourage you to use them.

First Retrograde: February 26 - March 20
Second Retrograde: June 29 - July 23
Third Retrograde: October 24 - November 13

I love this planet and could sing an ode to Mercury Retrograde - yes, I know that I'm repeating myself here.

It's an optical illusion that the planet moves backwards - yeah, no that doesn't really happen. Just appears to do so.

While Mercury governs communication, perception, contracts, travel, and technology, we're gonna see the glitches in the world and our world. But you have the tea here and can stay present and ride this baby.

During retrograde periods, we’re invited to slow down, double-check details, revisit conversations, and strengthen foundations. This willk help us stay grounded and use this energy as a superpower.

The keyword is "invited" here. We've got to slow down, be present and we're invited to enter this recalibration window fairly gently - as gently as Mercury allows anyway, lol.

So slow down, review, refine, clarify, realign, revamp and yes, recalibrate. Be the calm in this planetary shake-up.

And sometimes, we may find that letting go and completely abandoning the old, outdated, misaligned projects, relationships that no longer work for us is our gold.

Used consciously, these cycles can be incredibly productive and empowering.

" I would like to do a follow up review from my personal healing session with Sue Ananian.

I little background, I have POTS. It affects my heart rate and my autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system controls involuntary movements, and is a sub-type of the nervous system. I have been reading a lot and how there are ways to heal the nervous system (the voluntary somatic system). Both systems can be triggered by internal and external stimuli including stress, trauma, chronic pain, illnesses, and lack of sleep just to name a few.

My hypothesis going into this healing session was if we could regulate my nervous system the autonomic nervous system would follow suit. And let me tell you what, the results are in.

I would like to note I have symptoms daily, even though I’m on medication for my POTS. Usually my meds wear off by the evening and also I’m more susceptible to symptoms when I wake up prior to my meds. My main symptoms are extreme dizziness, heart palpitations, rapid heart rate, etc upon standing.

My results are as described. Day 3 I noticed I had been symptom free since the healing session. I thought maybe it was a coincidence, and I wanted to give it more time before I came to any conclusions. Well today is day 8, and I have been totally symptom free from my POTS. I am not saying Sue cured my POTS, but I believe it has gone into remission. I will continue to monitor my progress. If my symptoms come back at any point I will know it’s time for another healing session. I will continue working with Sue during my healing process.

I wondered if anyone else in the group has POTS…? What sort of healing has worked for you? This is all new to me so feel free to share any info or personal experiences.

**please note the medical responsibilities we have for ourselves. I am closely monitored by a cardiologist and am still taking meds.
