Today we celebrate an incredible milestone and an even more incredible leader. Over the past year, Alexis has poured her heart into our memory care community, bringing dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to both our residents, families and team members.

In just one year, she has helped create positive change, strengthened our community, and worked tirelessly to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care while making our workplace one where staff feel supported and valued. Her passion for memory care shines through in everything she does, and her leadership keeps our community running smoothly day after day.

Alexis, thank you for your hard work, your vision, and the genuine love you have for the residents we serve. We are so grateful for all you do and look forward to many more years of success together.
