It has been 10 years since I took a leap of faith as a mom with 2 under two to do something different than the 9 to 5 for my growing family and establish Small Steps Pediatric Therapy! I have had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most amazing families, children and brilliant co-workers who share not only my strong conviction to serve and make a difference in the lives of children with different abilities, but also maintain a love and commitment to a "mom first" mentality that keeps us compassionate, caring and grounded.
