It was a joy to celebrate CareHub's first birthday with our friends at Intus Care!

A year ago, we became the first organization to adopt CareHub, an electronic medical record tailored to the unique needs of the PACE model of care. Today, 33 PACE programs across 16 states rely on CareHub to maintain the health information of their participants.

Thank you to our friends at IntusCare—CEO Robbie Felton, CTO Alex Rothberg, Senior Director of Implementation and Project Delivery Courtney Zhu, and Director of Client Success Rebecca Haddard, MHA—for coming out to celebrate with us!

Congratulations to Jerilyn Smith, our administrative assistant in Woonsocket, who retired this week.

Jeri has been the heartbeat of our day center for the last 10 years, bringing a joyful energy and can-do attitude. A lifelong Woonsocket resident, she took pride in serving members of her community—"It's the best job I've ever had," she said.

Our PACE participants presented her with a special farewell gift: a photo of herself and her husband created with diamond art, with goodbye messages written on the back.

Staff celebrated Jeri's retirement with a special luncheon with thoughtful gifts (mostly centered on her love for gardening and home improvement).

We are thankful for Jeri's and wish her all the best in retirement. Although she has promised she will come back to visit, we know that PACE-Woonsocket will not be the same without her!
