Somewhere between “I’m doing great 🙂” and “I’M DOING GREAT 😅” …is the part where you start to believe it.
Talking kindly to yourself can feel awkward at first. Forced, even.
But that doesn’t mean it’s fake—it means it’s new.
And new things take practice 💛

Say one thing.
Say it again.
Maybe even… mean it a little more each time.
You deserve to hear it—from yourself, too.
