As part of the Rivergate Complex in Riverview, Michigan (along with sister facility Rivergate Terrace), Rivergate Health Care Center is just minutes from four local hospitals. Whether a patient is here for short-term rehab, long-term care or recovery from surgery or illness, we strive to provide the same excellent level of care and service to everyone.

🌟 Another Rehab Success Story

When Darrell first arrived at Rivergate Health Care Center, he came to us for PT and OT — focused on healing and getting stronger every single day. What none of us expected was the incredible bond that would form along the way...

😁 During his stay, Darrell made a special connection with Dannielle, one of our amazing CNAs who also helps at the front desk. From daily conversations to shared laughs and encouragement, their relationship grew into something much more than caregiver and resident — they became family. While we are beyond happy to see Darrell strong enough to return home, there are definitely bittersweet feelings in the air.

💪 Dannielle is so proud of all the progress he has made, but saying goodbye is never easy when someone has touched your heart the way he has. At Rivergate Health Care Center, our residents aren’t just patients — they’re family. The connections made here go far beyond care plans and therapy sessions. They’re built on compassion, dedication, and heart.

Darrell, we will miss you dearly, but we are cheering you on as you begin this next chapter at home! 💙
