We're hosting something we've never done before.

On June 24th, Marty Bugbee of Metamorphose Breathwork is bringing his 90-minute breathwork session into the salt cave, and the halotherapy runs the entire time. From minute one, the halogenerator is filling the room with pharmaceutical-grade salt particles while Marty guides you through the practice.

Your airways are opening and the breathwork is already moving through you at the same time. The salt stays active in the air for another 20 minutes after the generator stops. You are never just doing one thing in there.
