I’m excited to be joining these beautiful Women’s Wellness Retreats at White Crest Farms in Conesus, NY on Sunday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 30th! 🌿✨ I’ll be guiding a meditation experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create a little space for stillness and reflection. The retreats will also include yoga, massage, and equine energetic healing—a lovely morning dedicated to nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. 🐴💚
