🚨 Tick Season Reminder 🚨
This is the time of year when we start seeing a big increase in tick bites. If you’re spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, gardening, or just walking the dog, please take a moment to review the information below so you know what to watch out for.

What to look for after a tick bite:
• A growing red rash, especially one that looks like a bull’s‑eye
• Fever, chills, fatigue, or body aches
• Headache or neck stiffness
• Joint pain or swelling
• Any unusual symptoms that appear days to weeks after a bite

What to do:
• Remove the tick as soon as you notice it
• Clean the area with soap and water
• Monitor the bite site for changes
• Contact a healthcare provider if you develop symptoms or if the tick was attached for a long time

Staying aware and checking yourself, kids, and pets after being outdoors can make a huge difference. Stay safe out there this season!
