Nancy O'Donnell, a Diabetes Prevention Program graduate, finished the program feeling empowered.

"My experience as a participant in the year-long Diabetes Prevention Program went far beyond mere instruction on ways to develop a healthy lifestyle that will help me walk back from a pre-diabetic diagnosis," shares O'Donnell.

O'Donnell saw her A1C levels improve as she made healthy lifestyle changes throughout the program, motivating her to keep going. "I am more determined to change my lifestyle and yet ready to expect setbacks that occur that will only spur me to try again," she shares.

Congratulations on your success, Nancy! You got this! 🎉
