Isaac is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Rochester, NY. He is a Trauma-Informed therapist as well as a 200-Hr trained Yoga Teacher, and Master Level Reiki Practitioner. Isaac has been practicing as a social worker since 2011 and has been in private practice since 2017. He specializes in working with teens (ages 16+), younger adults and adults up to age 65 who may present with these challenges: Anxiety, Depression, Relationship + Family problems, Religious + Spiritual Abuse/Trauma, and Difficult Life Transitions.

I'm pleased to introduce Alyssa Budinock, MHC-LP, to the community. She is currently accepting new referrals for both in-person and virtual appointments, with availability Monday-Thursday.

Alyssa works with adults navigating grief, trauma, and significant life transitions. She blends talk therapy with somatic approaches (Parts Work/IFS, Yoga) as well as mindfulness, and is excellent at integrating mind and body in the healing process. She brings a strong background in supporting people through loss and change.
