The people who care for your loved ones matter.

At Minnesota Cremation Services, the care of your loved one is never outsourced or handed off to people you will never meet. Families are supported by our own local team; real people who understand the weight of the trust being placed in them.

One of those people is Stefanie, our Licensed Crematory Operator and Transfer Care Manager.

Before joining our team, Stefanie spent years caring for people in care facilities, assisted living communities, and home care settings. That experience taught her how much patience, dignity, and a gentle presence can mean during life’s most vulnerable moments.

Her own experiences with grief have also shaped the way she supports families. She knows that every person who comes into our care is deeply loved, and she treats them with the same compassion and respect she would want for someone in her own family.

Stefanie often meets families during one of the hardest moments of their lives. Her calm, reassuring presence helps them feel comforted and confident that their loved one is in caring hands.

We are a local, woman-owned team of funeral directors, nurses, healthcare professionals, and compassionate people who believe cremation care should always feel personal.

One of the questions we’re often asked is who comes to bring a loved one into our care.

While it is not required for two people to respond when someone is brought into a cremation provider’s care, it has always been our standard to have two members of our team present.

Not because we have to, but because we believe every person deserves to be cared for with dignity, gentleness, and respect from the very first moment they are entrusted to us.

We also arrive prepared to provide all of the care ourselves. Families are never expected to help. If being present or participating feels meaningful to you, you are always welcome. If you would rather simply spend those final moments together, we will quietly take care of everything.

It may seem like a small detail, but we believe it is often the little things that leave the greatest impact during one of life’s most difficult moments.

At Minnesota Cremation Services, caring for your loved one is never just a responsibility. It is a privilege and an honor.
