We’re all guilty of not doing our chiropractic homework sometimes! And when we don’t…it shows 🫣🥴
Chiropractic care can help with so much, but if you’re struggling with things like tightness, posture, soreness, etc and you don’t implement the daily habits that go along with it, like stretching, you’re not going to maximize the benefits.
Stretching helps your muscles adapt to their new alignment, reduces tension, and can help your adjustment hold longer.
Think of it this way: Your adjustment helps restore movement, and stretching helps your body maintain it. 🙌
Don’t forget the daily habits that go along with taking care of your spine and your health!
