This is why we do what we do! ❤️🐴

A recent survey by the New Mexico Department of Health revealed that 50% of all New Mexico families with children with mental health challenges had NO access to help for their kids. In rural areas, we know this number is possibly even higher.

That's why LEAD Therapeutic Riding fills such a vital need in our community and in our state.

Many of the children we serve struggle with mental health and behavioral issues. Through their work with us, they learn to trust, to open up and to develop skills for coping.

And we provide this at low to no cost for their families.

We can do this entirely because of the generosity of our donors, community supporters and tireless volunteers.

Together we are changing lives and making a difference for the families of New Mexico.

Since opening our doors in 2023, we've helped more than 50 children with health, developmental and mental health challenges find healing and hope through equine-assisted therapy and related services. With your support, we can change the lives of even more!
