Meet Meadowbrook Health Services! ✨

This new nonprofit will soon bring primary care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment services all under one roof, designed to meet the needs of marginalized individuals.

Meadowbrook will focus on minimizing barriers, strengthening collaborations, and meeting patient needs in order to optimize health for high-quality, person-centered care.

We're proud to help support Meadowbrook with financing for the purchase and renovation of their facility in Rutland.
