Our “haunted” bus ride! We were met with some spooky creepy-crawlies once we boarded, and enjoyed a vintage Halloween playlist during the drive. We got to go up the coast, see some beautiful foliage around town, and saw a few homes and businesses decorated for Halloween. What a ride! 🎃 🕸️🕷️

Today is World Stroke Day, an important opportunity to raise awareness about stroke prevention, recognizing the warning signs, and supporting those who have experienced one.

Knowing the warning signs can make a lifesaving difference. Remember BE FAST: Balance changes, Eyes (vision changes), Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty, and Time to call 911.

Today, we encourage everyone to learn the signs, understand their personal risk factors, and talk with a health care provider about ways to support their health.
