Excellence in Rural Healthcare at Your Community Owned Hospital

Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center is proud to be a recipient of the MBQIP Excellence Award, recognizing our continued commitment to quality improvement and exceptional patient care. MBQIP(Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project) is a national initiative of HRSA’s Federal Office of Rural Health Policy. It helps Critical Access hospitals collect and use standardized quality data to improve patient safety, patient experience, care coordination, and other aspects of care.

MGRMC was recognized as one of only five Critical Access Hospitals in Arizona to report all Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project (MBQIP) Core Measures from Quarter 4 of 2024 through Quarter 3 of 2025.

We are also proud to have earned a 4-star HCAHPS patient-experience rating, reflecting the experiences and feedback of the patients we are privileged to serve.

This recognition represents the dedication of our entire team to continually improving the quality of care we provide to the Gila Valley and surrounding communities.
