Meet Kiera M. – Senior Behavior Technician at Flourish Therapy! ⭐

Kiera has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since January 2024 and joined the Flourish Therapy team in July 2025. She became a senior behavior technician in October 2025 and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in November 2025! When asked where she sees herself in five years, Kiera shared that she hopes to become a BCaBA and continue growing her career in ABA.

One of Kiera’s favorite quotes is, “The day you plant the seed isn’t the day you get to eat the fruit.” 🌱 We think this quote fits ABA perfectly! Progress doesn’t always happen overnight. Every teaching opportunity, small success, and new skill is a seed being planted — and with consistency, patience, and encouragement, we eventually get to see all of that hard work flourish. 💙

Kiera’s dedication to her clients and her desire to continue growing in the field make her such a valuable part of our team. We love watching Kiera plant the seeds for her clients’ future successes while also planting the seeds for her own future as a BCaBA. We can’t wait to watch them all flourish! 🌱⭐

Yesterday in group craft, the clients and their technicians made these volcanoes and then later during group social time, they clients and staff exploded them!

Needless to say, everyone had a blast! 💥
