So we drew our 12! If you are not familiar with our punch cards, on the 3rd visit you get 30% off on the 6th visit you get 10% off And we enter you in a free 60 minute drawing! Did you know Carmen is apart of the Downtown Saginaw Association!? If you own a business or non-profit you can join and help come together with other businesses to beautify our Downtown Saginaw.
